  • The skin care product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note, the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Items that have been used or tampered with.

How To Request A Refund

  • Return the Product: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Be sure to package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund:

Late Or Missing Refunds

Exchanges For Damaged Or Faulty Products

We offer exchanges for skin care products that arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Skin Care Products

Please note that due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Opened or used skin care products.
  • Products that have been tampered with or do not include original packaging.

Refunds For Sale Items

Only full-priced skin care products are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on discounted or sale items unless they are defective or damaged.
